## Abstract Because of differences in the types and quantities of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) in various mucopolysaccharidoses (MPSs), MPS screening tests, including the Berry spot and acid turbidity tests, are not specific or sensitive enough for the preliminary diagnosis of MPS. A false‐negative re
