Toxogonin, given intramuscularly to 10 healthy young pralidoxime (chloride and methanesulfonate) suggest further inmen in doses of 2.5-10 mg./kg., produced dose-related oxime whole quiry into toxogonin's therapeutic potential may be needed. blood levels of 6.3-26.5 mcg./ml. and hada plasma half-time of 82.8 min.
