Ownership with the State of Delaware to merge the company's whollyowned subsidiary, Hydrogen Power Inc, with and into the company with the company remaining as the surviving corporation. In connection with the merger, the company changed its name to Hydrogen Power Inc. Hydrogen Power Inc has licensed and developed a patented technology for producing hydrogen gas in a process called Hydrogen Now. Hydrogen Now involves a chemical reaction between water, aluminium, and an environmentally friendly catalyst to cleanly and efficiently produce hydrogen on-site and ondemand.
