## Abstract The mechanisms by which prostaglandin (PG)J~2~ metabolites inhibit tumorigenicity are poorly understood but may involve thiol reactivity or peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor (PPAR)‐dependent pathways. Because aromatase is an important therapeutic target in breast cancer treatme
