โฆ Synopsis
According to Bohm's causal alternative to conventional quantum mechanics a quantum 'particle' such as an electron is at all times a point-like particle and an accompanying wave that guides the particle along a well-defined continuous trajectory. This paper focuses on the Bohm trajectory approach to the determination of various characteristic times associated with the motion of the particle component of a quantum 'particle'. An attempt is made to relate this approach to those based on conventional quantum theory with its very different concept of wave/particle duality.
