✦ Synopsis

This paper deals with structures and properties of time-varying multivariable Pascal systems. Semigroup properties of the time-varying Pascal systems are presented and corresponding solutions are established. The attractive feature of this technique is that it reduces the original differential system to a system of linear algebraic equations from which the solutions in any time-interval can be obtained very easy. The presented approach generalizes standard results of the Lyapunov-Floquet theory on time-periodic systems. The novelty of the present method is that it reduces any time-varying system to a corresponding time-varying Pascal system which can be solved by the established algorithm.

In this work time domain representations for nonlinear time-varying systems are pursued. The analysis is carried out in th,e framework of Schu\*artz's distribution theory. ## We develop an adaptive control technique for the regulation of a class of linear, discrete-time, time-varying system. The only a priori knowledge required is a bound of the varying component of the parameters. The result is concerned with global behaviour.
