✦ Synopsis

A time-resolved spectroscopic study of the Pr3+ luminescence in a fluoride glass is reported. Excitation is into the 4fSd confwuration of Plj+ using an excimer laser. The time-resolved spectra clearly show the sequential emission of two photons.
