## Some variants of the treatment of results obtamed by the lumped-capacitance method are discussed. The applicability of different algonthms of the numerical Fourier-Laplace transformation is anlysed.

โฆ Synopsis
An eq-ation is obtained connecting the dielectric response function with the quantities directly regisrered by the lumped capxitance method_ The response function calculated for n-butanol is represented.

## Abstract In this paper, the nonoverlapping domain decomposition methd (NDDM) is used to compute the capacitance matrix of multiconductor transmission lines in multilayer dielectric media. The subdomains with pure dielectric layers are analyzed using the method of lines (MoL), and fast Fourier tr
This paper deals with the localization of cracks in rotating machinery, based on measured vibrations. The method used is a time domain identification algorithm: the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF). The localization is performed by designing a bank of EKFs, in which each filter is tuned to a different d
