Three new malynsamides, J (1), g (2) and L (3), all amides of 7(S)-methoxytetradee4(E)maoie acid, were isolated from Curaesao collections ofLyngbya majuscula. The structures of these new malyngamides were elucidated on the basis of ID mad 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis of the • products and key derivatives. The stereoehemistry of malyngamide J (1) was probed by NMR and exeiton ehirality eironlar diehroism spectroscopy.
