## Abstract Five new C~19~โ€diterpenoid alkaloids, named hemsleyaconitines Aโ€“E (**1**โ€“**5**, resp.), were isolated from __Aconitum hemsleyanum__ Pritz. By UV, IR, MS, 1Dโ€ and 2Dโ€NMR analyses, their structures were elucidated as 18โ€dehydroxygeniculatine D (**1**), 6โ€hydroxyโ€14โ€__O__โ€veratroylneoline
