This Is Not About You contains my personal, unfiltered thoughts as I dealt with mental illness, rocky relationships, and general instability. I have called it this because there are many people who have sparked these entries, but this book is not for them, it is for me and anyone else who feels this unending emptiness and pain. I wrote this as a catharsis for myself, because I couldn't hold these feelings in anymore. I never intended for this book to be published, but in doing so, I hope that those who read it know that they are not alone. Whatever you are going through, I hope you find solace in my words. I wrote this in the throes of my depression, in the throes of an abusive relationship, and in the throes of trying to find myself. And I am still here to tell you that I made it out alive, and so can you.
