✦ Synopsis
Based on the analytical expression of part I for the effective thermal conductivity of porous solid cryogens, the heat transfer theory for the self-freezing of cryogenic liquids under evaporation is developed. The expressions obtained describe, to a high degree of accuracy, the crystallization parameters of liquid nitrogen such as the crystallization rate and temperature dependence of saturated vapour pressure in a vessel.
