The ternary Ag 0.405 Sb 0.532 Te alloy was prepared by spark plasma sintering, and its transport properties involving Seebeck coefficients, electrical and thermal conductivities were evaluated. The results reveal that the electrical conductivity mildly decreases from 7.6Γ10 4 Sβ’m -1 to 6.6Γ10 4 Sβ’m

In this paper, pseudo-binary (Ag 0.365 Sb 0.558 Te) x -(Bi 0.5 Sb 1.5 Te 3 ) 1Γx (x ΒΌ 0-1.0) alloys were prepared using spark plasma sintering technique, and the composition-dependent thermoelectric properties were evaluated. Electrical conductivities range from 7.9 Γ 10 4 to 15.6 Γ 10 4 O Γ1 m Γ1 a
