✦ Synopsis

The influence of disorder on the thermodynamical properties of amorphous ferromagnets near the Curie point is investigated. It is shown that for amorphous ferromagnets the Curie temperature is lower and that spontaneous magnetization increases slower with decreasing temperature than for the corresponding crystals.
