The electrochemical behaviour of biliverdin and bilirubin on platinum electrodes in N, Ndimethylformamide has been investigated hy means of voltammetric as well as controlled-potential electrolysis techniques. Bilirubin can be oxidized to biliverdin and the latter, in turn, to further oxidation prod
## Abstract The rate of DMF exchange on [Tm (DMF)~8~]^3+^ has been determined by ^1^H‐ and ^13^C‐NMR. linebroadening techniques. ^1^H‐NMR. yields the following solvent exchange parameters; Δ__H__\* = 33.2 (±0.5) kJ mol^−1^, Δ__S__\* = 9.9 (±2.4) J K^−1^ mol^−1^and __k__ (200 K) = 2.94 (±0.09)× 10^4
It is known that N-phenylanthranilic acids can be synthesized by Ullmann-Goldberg condensation in different conditions. This paper reports some parameters which influence the condensation and reports a general procedure for this reaction using N,N-Dimethylformamide as solvent.
