β¦ Synopsis
We report measurements of the excess conductivity above Tc for superconducting thin films of single phase (Bio.8Pbo.2)2Sr2Ca2Cu3OlO+y. The experimental excess conductivity was determined from both the normal metal and the Anderson-Zou fits to the normal state resistivity. By using the Aslamazov-Larkin Theory a value of the critical exponent ~L = 1.0 has been obtained in both cases, which indicates the two-dimensional nature of the superconductivity in these films.
