✦ Synopsis

The emf of the cell Cd-Au 1 CdCl,-(LiCl, KC1 euteetic) 1 CL graphite has heen measured over the temperature range 630-730°C with varying mole fraction of cadmium chloride. The thermodynamic data of the liquid mixture CdC&(LiCl, KCl euteetic) have heen determined. Die thermodynamischen Grossen der Mischung CdCl,-(LiCl, KC1 Eutektikum) wurden hestimmt.

* The emf did not vary appreciably when the cold junction temperature varied between 20" and 3O"C, so that thermostatic control was not required.
