โฆ Synopsis
The electron-ion plasma model of liquid metals has been applied to liquid alkali alloys to interpret their structural and thermodynamic properties. The effect of electronic charge transfer has been approximately included in the model by considering an additional 1-2 interaction of the Thomas-Fermi type. Calculations show that the basic features of these alloys are produced well.
