✦ Synopsis

The calculated thermodynamical data of complex formation between some derivatives of aminophosphonic and dithiophosphorus acids have been pmsented in this communication. The magnitudes of the formation enthalpy, Gibbs's energy, entropy and equlibrium constant of the complex formation of the mentioned interaction in i-propanol-water mixture were determined. The carried out IR spectral investigations suggested the conclusion, which has been made on the basis of thermochemical research.

This paper discusses the interaction between chitosan and the polyphenols separated from spruce wood bark. The chitosan and the polyphenols formed a complex and the release of the polyphenols occurred only in an alkaline medium (pH . 9) in a two-step process. Analysis of the release of the polypheno
