## Abstract Thermo‐oxidative degradation of hydroxy‐terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) and poly(butadiene‐acrylonitrile‐acrylic acid) terpolymer (PBAN) binders was studied in the presence of varying amounts of ammonium perchlorate (AP). It was found that the effect of AP on the nature and composition
