## Abstract A new type of composite membrane for pervaporation has been developed. These membranes were prepared by free‐radical copolymerization of acrylic acid with a macromolecular polyfunctional crosslinker (allylhydroxyethylcellulose) inside the porous polyethylene (PE) film. It was shown that
