## Abstract Cellulose triacetate (CTA) and multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) composite films were prepared by dispersing different weight percentages of MWNTs into a CTA solution. These composite blends were characterized by UV–vis spectroscopy (UV), and their surface mophology, thermal stability,
