✦ Synopsis

We have measured the temperature-annealing and the temperature-cycling hole-burning spectra of 5-(and 6-)carboxy-X-rho-dam&-N-hydroxy-succinimidyl ester doped in polyvinyl alcohol films. The difference of the reduction of zero-phonon hole between annealing and cycling spectra can be described by the linear electron-phonon coupling, which provides the information of site distribution of asymmetric energy.
