β¦ Synopsis
The effective thermal conductivities of silica aerogel foam [0.1 (10)-3 kg m -3 nominal density] filled with liquid n-H 2, liquid n-D 2 and an equimolar mixture of liquid H2-D 2 were measured near 19.6 K. Our measured value of 97 mW m -1 K -~ for hydrogen filled foam is essentially the same as for the liquid alone. This result agrees with predictions for the thermal conductivity of porous systems which give a 2% enhancement in the effective thermal conductivity for this system relative to the liquid alone.

The main purposes of the investigations reported here were to change the volume fraction, X, of filler in epoxy composites, to give the required value of thermal conductivity, X, and to predict X for a given set of values Xm, Xf, X, r, e and R.
## Abstract The carbon nanotubes (CNTs)/rigid polyurethane (PU) foam composites with a low percolation threshold of βΌ 1.2 wt % were prepared by constructing effective conductive paths with homogeneous dispersion of the CNTs in both the cell walls and struts of the PU foam. The conductive foam prese
