โฆ Synopsis
e m p e r a t u r e as a function of field s t r e n g t h a n e s t i m a t i o n of t h e lattice c o n d u c t i v i t y is made. Plots of w T (w = thermal resistance) v e r s u s T 3 gave s t r a i g h t lines for t h e lout crystals with deviations at low t e m p e r a t u r e (fig. ). The t e m p e r a t u r e a n d field d e p e n d e n c e of the \ V i e d e m a n n -F r a n z -L o r e n z p a r a m e t e r (figs 2 a n d 3 ) a n d of t h e electrical resistance are considered. Kohler d i a g r a m s for the electrical resistance as well as for t h e t h e r m a l resistance are given (figs 4 a n d 5).
