The theory of order in ternary alloys as generalization of a theory of binary alloys is given. It is shown that for the description of the long-range order in ternary alloys a set of linear independent long-range parameters is needed. The number of these long-range parameters is fully determined.
For the calculetion of configurational energy, the method of finding the average number of pairs of atoms of mutual distance T is given. The long-range order is considered on basis of generalization of the Bragg-Williams theory.
The general discussion of the thermodynamic equilibrium conditions of ternary alloys and the application of this theory to the Heusler alloy of composition Cu,MnAl is also quoted. THEORIE D'ORDRE DANS ALLIAGES TERNAIRES-I On presente la theorie d'ordre dans les alliages ternaires comme generalisation de la theorie des alliages binaires. On montre, que pour d&ire l'ordre It grande distance dans les alliages ternaires il faut introduire un systeme de parametres de l'ordre it grande distance, independents lineairement. Le nombre de ces parametres completement determine. Pour calculer l'energie de configuration nous donnons une methode de trouver le nombre moyen de paires d'atomes Bloignes entre eux de T. Nous considerons l'ordre a grande distance en v&u de la generalisation de la theorie de Bragg-Williams. Nous donnons aussi une discussion g&&ale des conditions d'equilibre thermodynamique pour les alliages ternaires, et comme Bxemple d'application de la theorie nous examinons l'alliage de Heusler Cu,MnAl. EINE ANWENDUNG DER ORDNUNGSTHEORIE AUF DIE TERNAREN LEGIERUNGEN-I Es wurde eine Ordnungstheorie der tern&en Legierungen als eine Verallgemeinung der bisher beuntzten Theorie fiir die biniiren Legierung en gegeben. Es wurde gezeigt dass fur die Beschreibung der Fernordnung in tern&en Legierungen ein linear unabhingiges Fernordnungsparametersystem benutzt werden solI. Die Anzahl dieser Parameter wurde viillig bestimmt. Urn das Ausztihlen der Konflgurationsenergie zu ermoglichen, wurde eine Methode angegeben, mit der man die mittlere zahl der urn r voneinander entfernten Atompaare ermitteln kann. Die Fernordnung wird als eine Verallgemeinerung der Bragg-Williams-Theorie betrachtet. Es wird such eine allgemeine Diskussion des thermodynamischen Gleichgewichtzustandes fur die tern&en Legierungen gegeben. Als ein Anwendungsbeispiel der Theorie wurde die heusleriche Legierung Cu,MnAl behandelt.
