Two-sublattice collinear Heisenberg-lsing (S = 1) metamagnets with uniaxial three-ion anisotropy are investigated. Thermedynamicai properties of this model are examined in th~ approximation including Gaussian fluctuations of the molecular field. The complete phase diagrams are obtained numeric.a,., The theoretical results fitted for the FeCI, metamagnet are compared with experimental ones.
