✦ Synopsis

The FDTD method is applied for the theoretical analysis of a new pulse-forming optoelectronic de¨ice. Because of a capaciti¨e structure, a photoconducti¨e pulse characterized by a fast rise and a long tail, is deri¨ed and pro¨ides an ultrashort electrical pulse.

In fact, the signal is largely dependent on the orientation of the Co 4 cluster with respect to the magnetic field, as observed in single crystals. In order to rule out the possibility of o

## Abstract ## Background __In vivo__ gene transfer to skeletal muscle is a promising strategy for the treatment of muscular disorders and for the systemic delivery of therapeutic proteins. Nevertheless, for a safe and effective protein production, the spatial and temporal control of gene expressi
