โœฆ Synopsis

I met Thomas at a Church in Florida. He was the leader of an atheist group called the "Free Thinkers", a group that would gather weekly to discuss religious, scientific, and philosophical issues. When I joined one of their meetings and invited them to think freely about the evidence that inform us about God, Thomas was the listener who reacted the most. The things I said were directly against his worldview.
It was not long before I received a letter from Thomas. He wrote about his objections and questions. Until that day, I had interacted with many atheists, but Thomas was different. He was an atheist who had done his homework. His mind was full of the suspicions and doubts of the modern times. The questions he asked required answers that would be too long to fit into a letter, so we decided to meet face to face. Every weekend, we met at a lakeside and embarked on an intellectual journey to search for God.
This book is the account of the thought-provoking and insightful arguments that I had with Thomas, a scholar of secular science and irreligious philosophy. In this book you are going to see the differences between belief and disbelief. You are going to find answers to the suspicions and questions that are brought up by modern science and philosophy.
