Results are reported on precise measurements of the weak-decay processes of :H and :He hypernuclei formed via the 4He(K,t,pped, 7~) reaction. The lifetimes of iH (194+;: ps) and ;He (256 & 27 ps) were obtained. The x0 and F decay branching ratios of ;He (0.515 ho.035 and 0.322f0.034, respectively) w
