## Abstract In pseudohypoparathyroidism (PHP), PTH resistance results from impairment of signal transduction of G protein–coupled receptors caused by a deficiency of the Gsα‐cAMP signaling cascade due to diminished Gsα activity in maternally imprinted tissues. In PHP‐Ia, inactivating mutations of t
