✦ Synopsis

Fluorescence

excited in the A'Z+-X'Z+ system of 39KH by the 4880 A argon-ion laser hne gives information about the ground state as far as the last bound rovibrational level. This is identified as J = 6 in v = 23, and, assuming a limit midway between J = 6 and J = 7, D,(KH) = 14776 + 4 cm-'.

Laser-induced fluorescence of CsH from the A 1 Z+ electronic state to the X t \'\* state was recorded using high-resohxtion Fourier transform spcctrometry. Ground-state vibrational levels were observed from v" = 1 to the dissociation limit. These measurements showed anomalies in the X 'E+ potential

In this paper a new spectroscopic investigation on the X 1 ⌺ ϩ electronic ground state of the RbCs molecule is reported. This study is conducted by using laser-induced fluorescence combined with Fourier transform spectroscopy (LIF-FTS). More than 23 000 spectral data are used in a global linear redu

By means of a purely quantum mechanical method, we construct an accurate potential energy function for the \(X^{\prime} \Sigma^{+}\)ground electronic state of \(\mathrm{CO}\) from a large set of experimental frequency data for vibration-rotational bands of several isotopic species. Thermal emission of scandium monofluoride has been spectroscopically investigated at high resolution in the region \(7000-12000 \mathrm{~cm}^{-1}\) with a Fourier transform spectrometer. The predicted low-energy \(c^{3} \Sigma^{+}\)state is observed in a transition to the ground state; six bands of
