โœฆ Synopsis

This is a report of the findings in a study undertaken in an attempt to establish a base for a relative and an absolute chronology for the Wadi alJubah site by excavating a stratigraphic probe at the Hajar ar-Rayhani, a covered mound in the Wadi believed to represent a covered fortified town or administrative center. A foreword by Merylin Phillips Hodgson and an introduction by Jeffrey A. Blakely preceded the report, which consists of four parts: The Stratigraphic Probe at Hajar ar-Rayhani, by William D. Glanzman and Abdu Ghaleb; The Finds, and Technical Reports, each by several authors; and Conclusions, by William D. Glanzman. A bibliography concludes the report.
