β¦ Synopsis
A new formula representing the vieeoelty temperature dePeudeuee is proposed. The formula IS valid for a varkty of hquids, e.g. 8ssc&ted and non-8seoeMed liquids, hydrucarbons and nuxtures of hydree8rbous. water, eolutious of sueruee iu wster and of sulphuric 8eld m water also fit into the system. The 88me formula can even be applied to mercury The method eau be used for sstunxted and non-saturated natural uuneral-oils, for fatty O&J 8a well 8s for hydrocarbon mwtuw obtained by polymenzat~on and by expelling oxygen from polymerwd fatty owls. The proposed formula IS generally apphcable and more concise and clear than many of the existing equations.
