## Abstract Two sensitive and reproducible methods are described for the quantitative determination of itopride hydrochloride (IH) in the presence of its degradation products. The first method is based on HPLC separation on a reversed phase Kromasil column [C~18~ (5‐μm, 25 cm×4.6 mm, ID)] at ambien
