✦ Synopsis


A time-varying Markov model with periodically changing transition probability matrix is proposed to predict the behaviour of those diseasea which are periudic with respect to year. I n the preeent paper, computing techniques are used for esthma patients to estimate the limiting state probabilities at the end of each Bcycle (i.e. seasons), and it has been shown that results agree with the real life situations.
