✦ Synopsis

The Hlanti-H reaction can be enhanced in routine A B O bloodstain grouping by the incorporation of a suitable level of Bovine Serum Albumin in the Group 0 indicator cell suspension. The experimental procedure for deciding a suitable concentration of Bovine Serum Albumin is described and the theoretical bases of the reaction are brieJly discussed.
