## Abstract Intracellular pH typically is measured by NMR using the calibrated chemical shift of the inorganic phosphate peak in phosphorusβ31 spectra. Heart Spectroscopy experiments often require measurements of intracellular pH at temperatures from 5 to 37Β°C. This paper provides NMR pH calibratio
A solution containing two gram of cadmium per litre was electrolized in a batch reactor and in a flow reactor with a stainless steel net cathode. Two different pH values were used; all runs gave satisfactory cadmium deposition. The alkaline solution in the flow reactor showed good performance.
