Also. the oscillutor strengrh l'or this transition MIS calculated to be/= 1.9 x IO-*, !vhich is !Githin the cstima?cd margin of error ot' the crperimenk~l J = 0.6 X 1O-z. The ueak peak at 287.2 eV is interprctcd as a vibronic transition to the 33, (3s) Rydhcrs. ttn cstirnatr ol its oscillator strength as 10% of the allowed 21(3p) Rydbcrg lint is consisrcnt with espcrimcnr.
