and Chapter 12 for evaluation of access, including literature that addresses the costeffectiveness of serial subscription versus document delivery, the evaluation of document delivery vendor performance and interlibrary loan as well as table of content service evaluation. Library and information science faculty, researchers and students will also find this volume a valuable read.
