A method for the determination of the vapour pressure of chromium has been devised by combining Knudsen's effusion method with tracer analysis using Cr-51 of half-life 27.8 days. The vapour pressures determined in the temperature range 1170"-1400ยฐC agree with previous work and may be represented by
