Bisphenol A polysulphone (PSF) and polyethersulphone (PESF) were photodegraded homogeneously at room temperature in an inert and a normal atmosphere. The average molecular weights and the molecular weight distributions of degraded samples were measured by means of GPC to evaluate the quantum yields
