Abstract
A clinicopathologic conference is held on a 51βyearβold smoker and reformed alcoholic with unilateral nasal mass causing obstruction and epistaxis. The workup, radiologic studies, differential diagnosis, surgical approach, pathology, and therapy are summarized, and the literature is reviewed. Emphasis is placed on the value of preoperative angiography in evaluating unusual masses, and on the importance of electron microscopy in definitive diagnosis.
