The heat capacity of crystalline poly(p-phenylenebenzobisoxazole) was measured below room temperature by adiabatic calorimetry. The standard thermodynamic functions (enthalpy, entropy, and Gibbs energy) were established and tabulated. The temperature dependence of the heat capacity was compared with

β¦ Synopsis
An experimental programme was performed to study the influence of w/c ratio and the maximum diameter of adopted aggregate grain, on the deformational behaviour of concrete specimens, under different combinations of multiaxial compressive stresses, with a special concern to strain-softening. Ten centimeters, different concrete mixture, specimens were tested with compressive loading applied by means of brush-bearing platens with a special ~fo~ation controlled triaxial apparatus. A brief description of the experiments, discussion of results and a suggestion for a modified approximation for measured uf curves was given.
