✦ Synopsis

The synthesis of a y-dipeptidyl ester of ATP has been effected by coupling a phosphopeptide (e.g. N-acetylalanyl-0-(phosphoryl)serine methyl ester) to ADP in the presence of l,l'carbonyldiimidazole. Compounds of this type, containing longer peptides, are proposed as potential multisubstrate adduct inhibitors of c-AMP-dependent protein kinases.
