✦ Synopsis

The y-ray perturbed angular correlation (PAC) studies were made with '@)Tb as a probe in MES (2[Nmorpholino]ethane sulphonic acid) solutions of various concentrations, The measurements indicate no influence of concentration of the environment on its interaction with Tb'+ ion and as such reveal the fact that 'MTb is not a good probe for PAC studies.
