The Interaction between vitamin B 12 (VB 12 ) and fish sperm DNA was investigated in physiological buffer (pH 7.4) using the methylene blue (MB) dye as a spectral probe by spetcrophotometery, viscosity measurements and cyclic voltammetry. The apparent binding constant of vitamin B 12 with DNA was fo
Taxol™ (paclitaxel) , a promising agent for use in ovarian and breast cancer, was incorporated into lipid vesicles (liposomes) composed of different saturated and unsaturated phosphatidylcholines, as well as saturated phosphatidylcholines mixed with the anionic phospholipid 1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glyce
## Abstract The linear, crosslinked amylose‐succinate hemostatic agent, IP760, has been evaluated for its interaction with aminoglycosidic antibiotics. The highly structured polymer appears to act as a cationic exchange resin which binds the basic aminoglycosides. Binding of these agents to IP760 i
