✦ Synopsis
The Kirkwood dipole orientation correlation parameter gr: for supercritieal water up to T = 600 °C (873 K) and P = 1 kbar (100 MPa) is obtained from the relative permittivity ¢ (T,P) data ofFranek et al., the density p (T,P) expression ofDuan et al., and estimated infinite frequency permittivity ao(T,P) values. Together with first shell coordination numbers Z(T,P) from various sources the mean angle between the nearest neighbor water dipoles is obtained, and its relevance to the stmeturedness of supercritical water is discussed.
