✦ Synopsis

Abstract

The frequencies of and the polarization of most of the Raman lines of liquid P~2~O~3~Cl~4~ have been determined.

The molecule contains an oxygen bridge connecting two magnified image groups.

From the polarization measurements it is deduced that at least one symmetry element is still present in the molecule.
