In the title compound, [Rh 2 ( 2 -CH 3 COO) 4 (C 15 H 15 N 3 O 2 S) 2 ]Á-2C 2 H 3 N, the dirhodium tetraacetate complex lies on a centre of inversion. The conformation of the complex differs from that in a previously reported 1:2 chloroform solvate.
